With a strong understanding of the public sector and its theoretical application, this role will see you advising across a multitude of areas including local government. 

The work will range from providing regulatory advice to corporates that operate in heavily regulated industries, to merger appeals and competition law matters. You will receive first-hand experience and mentorship, working closely with a partner and seniors that have impressive experience advising across the public and private space.

About you:
  • 2-6 years PQE with experience gained in commercial Law, a regulatory disputes role or public law role – whether in a law firm or a local government department;
  • An interest in learning and applying your knowledge and skillset within Public Law context;
  • NZ qualified; and
  • Good academics (B average or higher in your degree LLB). A commerce degree would be a bonus.
