The work will be blend of advisory and dispute resolution work where you'll be involved in matters that range from merger appeals, Fair Trading Act breaches and advice, price fixing and cartel matters, misleading and deceptive conduct cases, regulatory prosecutions and other dispute resolution work. You'll work one on one with a well-regarded partner in the team.

About you:
  • 1+ years PQE with experience gained in either corporate, litigation or the regulatory area; 
  • An interest in learning and being able to problem solve complex issues;
  • NZ qualified; and
  • Good academics (ideally a B average or higher in your degree LLB). A commerce degree would be a bonus.
