Property Lawyer | Intermediate

Job description

About the client
This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit team in Auckland's city fringe, close to local amenities, in a role that will see you involved in complex residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, unit title matters, commercial leasing arrangements, cross-lease to fee simple conversions, building projects, property financing (both for borrower and lender side) and mortgagee enforcement work. You'll be working with investor clients, developers, businesses and every day individuals.

The firm has a positive working culture, where staff are treated with respect and there is strong team retention. There is the ability to have up to two WFH days and work with flex in this role if needed.

About you
The ideal person will have:
  • 4+ years PQE, with experience in a variety of property matters including property lending and ideally mortgagee enforcement work;
  • An ability to build a rapport with clients and cultivate strong client relationships;
  • A team player that is willing to help; and
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.
Who this might appeal to?
Perhaps you're in a firm where there is lack of room for growth or you'd like to join a firm where you can do quality work but also retain a life outside of work - whichever the case, get in touch to find out more about this fantastic opportunity.
