A good intermediate / Senior Solicitor opportunity has arisen within a long-standing city firm that has a good reputation for its work, a mix of High Court and Court of Appeal cases on the go, where you can hone your advocacy and dispute resolution skills. 

Working across litigation partners and seniors in the specialist team, you'll work with clients which include private corporates and public sector entities, as well as individuals on a range of larger complex claims, as well as some small-scale disputes. You'll be involved with a varied mix of civil and commercial litigation matters including insurance, contractual claims, construction disputes, complex insolvency/restructuring, FTA disputes, public law and regulatory enforcement matters. This team gets a superb quality of interesting matters and you’d have a good amount of file management and court work.
  
The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years PQE experience as a litigator (up to about 7 years' PQE);
• Some experience in insurance, construction and/or insolvency litigation work would be preferred (but isn't a must);
• Someone that is keen to develop their advocacy skills further; and
• Good academics and experience gained within a litigation practice or team with a strong reputation.
