About the role:
Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across multiple areas of the business, you will be involved in driving consistency, improving processes, supporting capability development, and creating a collaborative and high performing team environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop administration and business support professionals
  • Oversee workflow management, resource allocation, and day to day operational support
  • Build strong relationships across the wider business and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for greater efficiency
  • Support broader operational and compliance related functions where required
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and service-focused team culture
About you:
You will come from a medium to large law firm environment and have either current or previous experience leading or mentoring admin teams ideally within a law firm environment, however we would also consider backgrounds in professional services. You will be someone who leads from the front, communicates confidently, and can naturally build credibility across all levels of a business

  • Salary of $90,000 - $130,000 per annum
