You will be supporting the Senior Partners and Solicitors specialising in Banking and Finance. You will be supporting the Senior Partners and Solicitors specialising in Banking and Finance. The team runs at a fast pace, doing deadline-driven work and you will be liaising with clients and assisting with their queries. You will thrive in an environment that is agile and dynamic, where no two days are the same.
- Diary management, inclusive of organising travel arrangements for the Partners
- Organisng conferences, events, and functions for clients as well as the team.
- Workflow management between internal departments in the firm, including marketing, IT, finance, and word processors
- Administration, filing, as well as file and database management
- Assist authors with the end of month accounts and billing, as well as any other ad hoc office duties and administration
- Previous experience within a law firm is essential for this role
- Organised, methodical, and systematic in your approach to your work as you will be managing the Partner's diary as well as managing multiple conflicting deadlines at any one time
- Good IT skills, with a strong demonstrated typing speed
- Team and client-focused, willing to exceed expectations, and be proactive
