An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Executive to join a respected private client practice and play a key role supporting a busy and established practitioner.
 
The Opportunity:
Working closely with the Partner and the wider private client team, you will become a trusted point of contact for clients and assist with the day to day management of trusts, estate administration, wealth structuring, and succession matters. The practice acts for individuals, families, trustees, executors, and business owners, providing varied and meaningful work across all stages of the client lifecycle.

While the primary focus of the role is trusts, wills, estates, and asset planning, there will also be opportunities to assist with refinancing matters and property transactions when required. You key responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of trust administration, trust reviews, AGM documentation and governance requirements.
• Preparing trust formations, restructures, variations, amendments, resettlements and wind-ups.
• Managing estate administration matters, including probate, letters of administration and succession planning.
• Advising on wills, enduring powers of attorney, asset protection and wealth structuring matters.
• Building trusted client relationships while supporting refinancing and property transactions as required.

About You:
This opportunity would suit a Legal Executive with experience across trusts, estates, wills, and succession planning who enjoys developing long term client relationships and providing practical support to individuals and families.

You may already be working within a private client practice or have gained exposure to trust administration and estate work and are looking to further develop your expertise within a well established and highly regarded team.

Experience in trusts and estate administration is essential, while exposure to residential property transactions and refinancing matters would be advantageous.
