The Role:
This role supports the wider property team and therefore you will be working closely with a number of authors across the practice. You will gain exposure to a variety of residential and commercial property matters while assisting with the day to day management of transactions from commencement through to settlement.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to:
- Assist with the management of residential conveyancing matters from pre-contract through to settlement
- Prepare contracts, settlement documentation, correspondence and property-related documents
- Liaise with clients, banks, brokers, real estate agents and other stakeholders throughout transactions
- Support the management of subdivision, development and off-the-plan matters
- Maintain property files and ensure key dates and milestones are met
- Coordinate settlements and post settlement requirements
- Assist the Senior Property Paralegal and wider property team as required
- Provide high-quality client service and ongoing administrative support throughout the transaction process

Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous experience as a Property Paralegal, Legal Executive, Conveyancing Practitioner or Senior Legal Secretary within property law, ideally 4+ years as a minimum
- Strong organisational and file management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to confidently manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, team-oriented approach

- $85,000 - $100,000 AUD + 12% Super as well as a company car
