The Role:
Reporting to the Corporate Partner and working in a team of fee earners inclusive of a secretary and admin support, you will be able to align yourself with a high performing and driven team. This is a fast paced and dynamic firm where you will be working with commercial clients on corporate governance, company, and shareholder resolutions, company office administration, Companies Act research, and completing due diligence on the sale and purchase of business assets, as well as delivering first drafts on precedents and legal documentation. 

About You:
This role would suit a Legal Executive that is currently working within a dedicated commercial team or currently in-house and looking to come back into the private sector. 

• 3+ years experience as a Registered Legal Executive in a similar role 
• Understanding and knowledge of the Companies Office 
• People focused, able to work in a cohesive and collaborative environment, keen to exceed expectations
