About the Role:

Working with an approachable Partner, and a small team of fee earners, you will be involved from conditional to unconditional on residential conveyancing files, have exposure to finance-related work, residential subdivisions, body corporate and related work. 

On a day to day you will be responsible for:

• Maintain client relationships, and act on instructions throughout the property transaction relating to buying, selling and developing property
• Liaising with internal and external departments (banks, agents, Council etc)
• Work towards and adhere to key performance and budgets around billable hours

About You:

• This role would suit an experienced residential Legal Executive that is eager to work on more complex transactions 
• Be confident in the residential conveyancing process, however, you will receive mentorship and coaching with the Partner
• Team driven, keen to support and share knowledge, able to work in a cohesive and collaborative environment
