About the role:
Working with a small team of fee earners, you will be involved from start to end on conveyancing files, supporting the team on any administrative tasks, have exposure to finance-related work, and the chance to develop your drafting skills. On a day to day you will be responsible for:
- Opening and managing client files
- Drafting, editing, and collating legal documents and letters
- Preparing LINZ/ edealings and relevant documents for settlement
- Liaising with internal and external departments (banks, agents, Council etc)
- Compiling month-end billing for authors
- Diary and email management
About You:
- Minimum 2+ years as a legal secretary in a property team;
- A proactive approach, keen to exceed expectations and client focused;
- Able to learn quickly, with good I.T. systems skills - having experience in running files from start to finish will stand you in good stead in this role

- $55000 - $60000 + Kiwisaver (based on experience)
