The Role:
Reporting to two senior and long standing Partners and working within a team of authors, you will be able to align yourself with a high performing and driven team. This is a fast paced and dynamic firm where you will be working with private and commercial clients on residential conveyancing matters, commercial leasing, subdivisions and settlements. Your day to day responsibilities will be to:
  • Maintain client relationships and act on instructions throughout the property transaction relating to buying, selling and developing property
  • Facilitate all property transactions from pre-contract to post-settlement phases inclusive of subdivision files
  • Assist with trust & estate planning files
  • Work towards and adhere to key performance and budgets around billable hours
  • Assist and support the Director and other solicitors as and when required
About You:
  • This role would suit a junior registered Legal Executive with 2+ years' experience 
  • Be confident in managing and running residential conveyancing files end to end with Partner support 
  • Previous knowledge or exposure to commercial leasing, development and subdivisions would be advantageous but not a necessity
  • Team driven, keen to support and share knowledge, able to work in a cohesive and collaborative environment
