They are seeking a Legal Secretary that thrives on being the backbone of the team within this busy and productive litigation team.

About the Role:
Supporting the senior Partners and a small team of fee earners, you will be based in a team that is deadline focused and driven to exceed client expectations. You will be liaising with clients and assisting with their queries, where no two days are the same. Duties include:
- Diary and email management, inclusive of organising travel arrangements for the Partners
- General administration, filing and database management as well as assisting with documentation for court and litigation processes
- Dictation and transcription as required and document management
- Assist authors with end of month accounts and billing, as well as any other ad hoc office duties and administration
- Previous experience within a law firm is essential for this role, and may suit a junior office administrator / legal assistant or float secretary looking to take a step up in responsibility in a role with growth
- Advanced typing skills, this role includes dictation and therefore a typing speed of 50wpm minimum is required
- Organised, methodical, and systematic in your approach to your work as you will be managing the partners diary as well as managing multiple conflicting deadlines at any one time
- Good IT skills
- Team and client focused, willing to exceed expectations and be proactive

- Circa $70k- $75k including KiwiSaver per annum based on experience
