Junior Commercial Litigation & Construction Lawyer

The firm & opportunity:

A highly regarded and award winning national practice is in growth mode and are now looking for a junior intermediate level litigation lawyer with 1+ years PQE in litigation work that is keen to gain substantive involvement in complex litigation work and grow their advocacy skills. 

Working with a team of ex top tier and highly experienced partners, you will have direct mentorship and involvement in construction and commercial litigation matters including: 
  • Construction and project related disputes at adjudication or abritrations;
  • Contractual claims e.g. litigated under the Construction Contracts Act;
  • Product liability professional negligence claims;
  • Property & development related disputes; and
  • Insolvency & corporate restructuring matters, amongst others.

About you: 
  • 2-4 years PQE in construction and/or general litigation with an interest in this area;
  • Have an interest in advancing your legal career within a high performing team; 
  • Good academics (B average or higher in your LLB is a must); and
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
