The Opportunity:

Exciting opportunity for an junior or intermediate level litigator to join a collaborative litigation team and be involved in an interesting mix of dispute resolution matters. You'll be involved in claims that range from contractual claims, professional negligence, insurance-related claims, insolvency/restructuring matters, shareholder disputes, breach of director duties, health and safety and regulatory investigations as well as related commercial litigation work. 

You will be someone who enjoys variety in a role and being immersed from start to finish on both larger, complex litigation files and smaller files. Working across a few partners, there will be adequate support and mentorship as well. There is the chance to get involved in mediations and High Court trials and develop your oral advocacy skills.

As a firm that is invested in their staff, you will be provided with ample amount of training and mentorship from the specialist partners and seniors you'd work with as well as the wider team who will help you accelerate your advocacy skills.

About you:

• 1+ years' PQE in litigation work in a firm or as a junior with a Barrister (you must have completed your LLB and be admitted to the bar);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to identify key issues; and
• A positive attitude towards growth and learning; and
• A genuine interest to build a career in litigation and dispute resolution work.
