Working with a few specialist partners with strong commercial acumen, you will be able to work on headline making and complex M&A and transactional matters. They advise clients through different stages of business growth, with their work including private M&A deals (which make up a good portion of the practice), private equity, joint venture arrangements, shareholder agreements, and capital raising matters. About you:

• 6+ years solid corporate legal experience;
• Experience gained in a top tier firm or highly regarded Corporate team where you've had some M&A experience;
• An interest in learning and continuing to grow your Corporate legal career;
• NZ qualified; and
• Good academics.
