Join a leading corporate team within a forward-thinking, centrally based firm. Led by internationally recognized and highly experienced partners with a strong portfolio of NZX listed companies, multinationals, SME's and start-up clients you will be joining their growing Corporate team. 

Day to day you will be involved in a mix of transactional, drafting and advisory work including M&A transactions, joint venture and management buy-out arrangements, corporate structuring and providing strategic advice to growing businesses (e.g. capital raising, seed funding and private equity). If you're looking for greater client contact or end to end exposure on files, then this would be an opportunity worth considering. You will be someone that has:  

• 2+ years experience in a well-regarded corporate/commercial law team or transactional team of another practice area (e.g. banking or tax), working with businesses;
• Good academics - at least a B average in your LLB; and
• Passionate about further developing a career in the corporate/commercial law field and learning from experts.    

Note: this is not a graduate position and you must have been admitted to the bar in NZ with some existing corporate experience to apply.
