Supporting the Senior Partners and a wider team of fee earners you will be based in a team that is delivering on deadline driven work. You will be liaising with clients as well as opposing lawyers, and internal departments such as marketing, the comms team, and finance. You will thrive in a role that is varied, fun, and dynamic. About the Role:
Supporting the Senior Partners and a wider team of fee earners you will be based in a team that is delivering on deadline driven work. You will be liaising with clients as well as opposing lawyers, and internal departments such as marketing, the comms team, and finance. You will thrive in a role that is varied, fun, and dynamic. Your day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
- Developing business proposals and presentations
- Drafting letters, editing and formatting contracts and legal documents as well as formatting excel spreadsheets
- Organising evening functions and industry events and seminars
- Administration, filing, and database management as well as assisting with documentation
- Assisting authors with end of month accounts and billing as needed
- Previous experience within a law firm is advantageous for this role and would suit someone that has previous EA/PA experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge as you will be working with and developing PowerPoint, and Word documents
- Organised, methodical, and systematic in your approach to your work
- Team and client focused, willing to exceed expectations, and be proactive
- A great communicator, able to build relationships with ease on a professional level with an open and personable demeanor
