• Qualifications: NZ Qualified & admitted Lawyer with a current practising certificate
• Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in the entire life cycle of a business, including acquisitions and disposals, financing, capital raising, joint ventures, limited partnerships, and general commercial contracts.
