Our client has a growing Corporate team and has a position for a junior or intermediate level lawyer in its Auckland city based team. You'll work in a relatively flat structured team with a Corporate team with some top M&A work, advising on joint venture arrangements, private equity work, capital raising for investor clients, management buy-out arrangements, corporate structuring and providing strategic advice to a corporate clientele. There will be varied work and you'll get to assist on transactions from start to end as well as have exposure to clients across a range of industry sectors.

You will be someone that has:  

• 1+ years PQE with solid experience in a well-regarded corporate/commercial law team (recent private practice experience). Experience in a related area may be of interest too if coming from a leading firm; 
• Good academics - a B average or better; and
• Passionate about further developing a career in the corporate/commercial law field and learning from experts.
