About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-established, national law firm in the Wellington CBD. Working closely with an expert team, you’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of high-quality commercial property matters. 


Key Areas of Work
The work includes major development projects, investment acquisitions and disposals and leasing. The team provides advice to property investors and developers, NZX listed companies, private investors, major landlords, financiers, and property based businesses.


About You
You'll be a Senior Solicitor or an Associate who has experience in and a passion for commercial property looking for the next step in your career.  We are looking for someone who has:

• 3-7 years’ PQE 
• Solid experience in commercial property law 
• The ability to manage files with increasing autonomy
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
