They are looking for an intermediate or senior lawyer to work closely with partners while managing matters with a reasonable level of autonomy.
You’ll work on high value commercial property transactions for investors, developers, multinational businesses and high net worth clients. This includes acquisitions and disposals, property development, due diligence, commercial leasing, property finance, unit titles and overseas investment matters.

  
About You

• 3-10 years PQE at a reputable law firm;
• Property experience gained in a reputable specialist team or firm with some exposure/experience in commercial property transactions is essential as part of your overall background;
• Interest in further developing your skills with a commercial mindset; and
• An ability to work with a decent degree of independence and autonomy.
