The Opportunity

Exciting opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a progressive specialist litigation team and be involved in an interesting mix of dispute resolution matters. They are now looking for a senior that can bridge the gap between the partners and intermediate/juniors, with experience dealing with property disputes, trust and estates claims, insolvency, construction, civil litigation, consumer law, defamation and general civil litigation matters. 

You will be someone who enjoys variety in a role and being immersed from start to finish on complex litigation files, both smaller and those more complex. The role will see you working with a high degree of file management and client management autonomy, with the support of an expert partner and juniors. If you enjoy going to court, then this role will have matters before mediation, High Court, COA and DC. 

The firm has family friendly working hours and a social team environment with a strong retention rate. 

About you:

• 5+ years' PQE in litigation (a broad mix of civil and commercial litigation experience would be ideal);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to cut through issues and problem solve;
• Ability to take a lead on some files with a good degree of autonomy.
