You would work across a broad range of employment law matters, advising both employee and employer clients on issues including workplace investigations and disciplinary matters, restructuring and redundancies, medical incapacity, PG claims, workplace bullying and discrimination as well as privacy and health and safety.

About you:
- 5+ years solid experience in the employment law area within a law firm or a company (if employment law forms part of a general litigation or in-house ER / HR background that will be considered also);
- NZ qualified lawyer with good drafting and client relationship management skills;
- Experience in mediations and hearings would be ideal;
- A high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
