Being a part of a forward thinking and leading law firm in Auckland CBD is on the lookout for an experienced solicitor with 2-6 years of PQE to join its team. Known for delivering exceptional legal services across a variety of sectors, including FMCG, media, energy and tech, this firm provides a collaborative and nurturing environment. In this role, you’ll dive into a range of interesting corporate advisory matters—think mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management buy outs, corporate restructuring, capital markets and the like. You’ll be working closely with corporate partners, assisting in a meaningful way on high-level transactions and being involved in working closely with clients from day one - a diverse range of local and international clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

• 2+ years PQE with some with some relevant corporate transactional experience (experience ideally gained in a reputable city firm);
• Sound drafting skills
• A proactive approach 
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• A B average academic record or higher
