Chloe began her career in risk and compliance at a leading international law firm before qualifying as a lawyer in the UK, where she specialised in immigration law in London. Working with clients from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds, and guiding them through some of the most significant changes in their lives, quickly became the part of the job she valued most.

After relocating to Auckland in April 2026, Chloe moved into legal recruitment because she wanted a career where she could continue to make a real difference. Specialising in legal professional recruitment, she draws on her own experience as a lawyer to help employers find top legal talent and to guide lawyers through their next career move. The role brings together everything she enjoyed about immigration law: connecting with a diverse mix of people and helping them make positive changes in their careers and lives.

Chloe holds an LLB and an LLM from the University of Nottingham in the UK.

Outside of work, Chloe loves playing and watching sport, particularly netball, tennis and football. Since arriving in New Zealand she has also been getting into rugby, though strictly from the sidelines! She takes every opportunity to travel, both around NZ and further afield, to experience different cultures and try new food.
